There will be two trial matches which are scheduled for:
 
         1) Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and
         2) Sunday, September 1, 2019  from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 
For the trial match on Sunday, September 1, 2019 the CPL organisers have decided to open this match to the public.  The two teams are Bravo 1 vs Bravo 2.  You are invited to come to the Pavilion to view this game. 
 
Please also note the following:
 
VISITORS:
I would like to remind members that CPL is considered a Regional Tournament and therefore no visitors are allowed in accordance with Bye Law 30 (4)(a) which states “No member will be permitted to introduce visitors to the Club during the days on which regional or International Cricket Tournaments or any other tournament sponsored by the club are held."   Additionally, the applicable dress code will also be in effect.
 
DRESS CODE POLICY:
Members are expected to maintain an acceptable standard of dress while in the Pavilion.  The following are NOT acceptable at any time:
  • Slippers
  • Tank tops
  • Sleeveless Top (Men)
  • Hats and Caps
  • Flip Flop shoes
  • Ripped jeans
  • Cycling shorts/Tights
  • Mini Skirts (Women)
 
During International and Regional matches the following additional dress code will be in effect.
  • T Shirts and Short Pants of any kind are NOT acceptable
 
Acceptable Wear for Men:
Casual trousers, dress shirts and polo shirts.  Jackets are not required.
 
Acceptable Wear for Women:
Sleeveless dresses and blouses, Capri Pants, Bermuda three quarter shorts – loose fitting below the knees – Skirts, Trousers, Dress Slippers and Dress Sandals.
 
Access to the Car Parks and Pavilion
Members are reminded that the security personnel at all entrances are entitled to ask you to produce your membership card at any time and to deny access if it is not produced.  Additionally, for those members wishing to utilize the car park, the security personnel will require your 2019 car park sticker to be prominently displayed on the vehicle.  To avoid any untoward scenarios, I therefore implore members to comply with all such requests.  Parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the Members Car Park.
 
 
OPENING/CLOSING OF GYM, RACQUET CENTRE
Please note that a bomb sweep will be carried out on each match day.  Therefore, please take note  that the Gym and Racquet Centre will be open from 4.00 a.m until 12.00 p.m. on each match day, except Sunday, September 08, 2019 when the Gym and Racquet Centre will be closed. 
                                           
 
 
OPENING HOURS OF THE PAVILION
To facilitate the completion of the bomb sweep by the authorities, the Members’ Pavilion will be closed until 5.00 p.m. on each match day, except Sunday, September 08, 2019.   
  
                            
                   Dress Code is in effect 2 hours prior to the game.
